A) Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product or service. Returns are free of charge and applicable only if:
- The product/service is defective or not as described.
- The product/service is unused and in original condition.

C) Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and documentation.
- Digital services or accessed content are non-returnable.
- If applicable, we will arrange pickup or request you to courier the item. Courier charges will be reimbursed.
D) Refund Process
Once the return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 21 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via cheque or bank transfer.
- If the product can be repaired, we may offer repair instead of refund.
- Discount coupons used in the order will not be refunded.
E) Exceptions
This policy does not apply to:
- Digital downloads or accessed educational content.
- Returns requested after the 15-day window.
