1. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver physical products such as books and study materials within 4–7 working days from the date of order confirmation. In rare cases, delays may occur due to courier issues or external factors. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.


2. Shipping Process

SuperCMA directly sells educational products and services. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. While we coordinate closely with them, delays due to weather, strikes, or remote locations may occur. We will assist you in resolving such issues promptly.


3. Shipping Carrier

We select the most suitable courier based on your location and delivery type. Specific courier requests cannot be accommodated.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you receive a damaged item or no longer need it, you may request a return or replacement as per our [Return & Refund Policy].


5. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free for all orders.
  • Premium services (express, same-day, or 3-day delivery) may incur additional charges. These charges are non-refundable, even in case of returns.

We currently ship only within India. While most pin codes are covered, delivery may not be possible in certain remote or restricted areas. If delivery is not possible, your order will be cancelled and any payment will be refunded.
